A Personalized Plan Of Action

You (or your dancer) have your own goals, strengths, and weaknesses. Rather than feel scattered trying to work on 27 different things at once, I (Jeanne), design a plan custom to your goals. It includes strength, stamina, technique, flexibility, recovery, and even help with a practice schedule.

Ongoing Communication

Having the perfect plan is nice, but if you don’t actually do it consistently, it doesn’t matter how perfect the plan is. With Feis Fit’s One-On-One Coaching, you’ll receive your plan in an easy-to-use app, where you can mark off when you completed your workouts. You’ll also get unlimited direct messaging access to me for any questions or extra support you need, and receive a zoom check-in meeting 1X per month.

Competition Day Support

Get super nervous at competitions, feel like you have a difficult time dancing your best on stage, or just like some extra support on competition days? With coaching, you’ll have the option of having Jeanne help you warm up and get in the right mindset so you can walk on stage and dance your absolute best.
