We want you to join Feis Fit’s NEW 12-Week Bootcamp!

After years of working with dancers ranging from beginner to World Championship levels and learning what works best and what doesn’t work as well for dancers,  Feis Fit is coming out with a a 12-Week program to improve your dance strength, conditioning, and technique!

 

The PC/OC class is now FULL but there are a few spots left in the grades classes! Sign-ups for the summer session will be announced soon!

NOTE: The spring session is now CLOSED for enrollment. We will be opening our next round of sign-ups on May 19th at 10am.

 

Each 12- week session goes through is split into phases of training to ensure we improve dance conditioning, power, technique, and flexibility, with trying our best to stay injury free!

Below is the Spring Schedule!

The spring session will run Sundays March 3rd-June 9th!

2:30-3:30PM: 12 and over; Beginner-Prizewinner

Focus: Strength, Conditioning (aka stamina), Turnout, Pointing and Toe Height, and Posture

3:30-4:30pm: 11 and UNDER;  Beginner-Prizewinner

Focus: Strength, Conditioning (aka stamina), Turnout, Pointing and Toe Height, and Posture

 

5-6:30pm: PC/OC (Spring class is FULL!)

Focus: Strength, Conditioning (aka stamina), Turnout, Pointing and Toe Height, Sharpness and Lift

In addition to world-class Irish Dance strength and conditioning training, each 12-week session includes the following:

  • A binder with weekly homework so dancers can get the most out of their 12-weeks!
  • Injury prevention warm-up and cool-down methods!
  • A goal setting session!
  • An Irish Dance specific starting and ending assessment to see how much dancers have progressed!
